Register your interest

A non-binding letter of intent. It costs nothing, commits you to nothing financially, and takes two minutes to complete. It tells us your building is interested and secures your place in the Phase 1 deployment schedule. You can withdraw at any point before a hosting agreement is signed.

This is the only step that requires anything from you before we have shown you exactly what your building would earn.

We assess your building

We look at your energy bill — ideally twelve months of consumption data — and run the numbers. We then visit the building to confirm technical requirements. From this we produce a clear savings projection showing exactly what your building would earn, with a guaranteed minimum figure.

No obligation to proceed. If the numbers do not make sense for your building, we will say so.

We install the system

Once a hosting agreement is signed, we manage everything. Installation typically takes one to two days. We work around your operations. Our team handles all grid approvals, DNO notifications, commissioning, and safety certification. When we leave, the system is live.

You do not need to be involved beyond letting us in.

Your building earns

From go-live the system runs without any input from you. It reduces your energy costs automatically. Your share of the saving arrives every month. We monitor and maintain everything remotely and provide an annual performance report with the carbon figures you need for ESG reporting.

What does it cost us?
Nothing. Xyrya owns and finances the system entirely. We only earn when you save.
What space does the system need in our building?
For a typical commercial building, roughly ten to twenty square metres — a plant room, basement corner, or external enclosure. We have worked around some fairly awkward spaces. We assess this properly during the site visit and will tell you if it does not work before you commit to anything.
Will it disrupt our building or tenants?
No. Installation takes one to two days. The system runs silently afterwards.
What does registering commit us to?
Nothing financially. A letter of intent confirms your interest and secures your place in the deployment schedule. You can withdraw at any point before a hosting agreement is signed. No capital, no legal obligation, no cost.
What happens if we sell or relet the building?
The hosting agreement transfers with the building or terminates cleanly. We handle this with your solicitors and any incoming party — it is a well-trodden path for energy service agreements.
How long before we are live?
Eight to twelve weeks from LOI to installation, typically. DNO approvals are usually the longest part. We give you a realistic timeline after the site visit — not an optimistic one.
