common questions
Things people ask before registering.
What does registering commit us to?
Nothing. No financial obligation of any kind. Registering your interest confirms your interest and secures your place.
What does it cost?
Nothing. Ever.
What space does the system need in our building?
Roughly ten to twenty square metres - a plant room corner, basement space, or external enclosure. We have worked around some genuinely awkward layouts. We assess properly during the site visit and tell you before you commit to anything.
Will it disrupt our building or tenants?
No. One to two days on site, then nothing.
What if we sell or relet the building?
The hosting agreement transfers with the building or terminates cleanly. We work through this with your solicitors and any incoming party - it is a straightforward process for energy service agreements.
How long before we are live?
Eight to twelve weeks from LOI to installation. DNO approvals are usually the longest part. We give you a realistic timeline after the site visit - not an optimistic one.
Why are Phase 1 places limited?
Because we are building this carefully, not quickly. The right buildings in the right sequence — that is how the network becomes valuable. Early buildings benefit from terms and relationships that later entrants will not get in the same way.
What is Phase 2?
Europe. Phase 1 is the UK. Buildings joining now become part of a network that grows into European markets — and compounds in value as it does.
